After many delays, I've finally had time to apply the promise update.

Mobs and Maps

-Dicastes and its dungeons are now open to the public
-Brasilis and its dungeon is now open to the public
-Splendide is now open to the public
-All warp restrictions on these maps have been removed

Nydhoggurs Nest

-Nydhoggurs Instance has been implemented.
-In order to access it, you need to complete many new world quests. Please seek a guide.
-This instance can only be done once every 7 days.

Misc Changes

-Proxy Skins trade embargo has been lifted
-Eraser effects have been fixed
-@bcignore has been re-implemented to block broadcasts
-@go has been updated with the new towns

Stocking Event:

-This event will officially end the day after Christmas
-The prize redeemer will be enabled on Christmas day
-Please deposit your stockings into the "Collector Who" in Amatsu as soon as possible

There will probably be some bugs in this update. If you spot any, please let me know and I'll do my best to fix it.
